Sian Kelly BSc (Hons), FCMA
Director
Sian heads up Gemini Accountancy. She qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant in 1995.
Sian's career started as a trainee for Next Plc, and over the next 15 years, she has gone on to work in finance related roles for both Marstons Brewery and more recently Compass Group plc, where she was Financial Controller.
Now running Gemini Accountancy, Sian puts great customer service at the forefront of her thinking and likes herself to be considered as part of her clients business, fulfilling a part time Financial Director type role.
Away from work, Sian has travelled extensively and whilst in Florida, even worked at Disneyland for a year. Nowadays, her leisure time is mainly spent with her 3 children
Sian describes herself as enthusiastic, determined and a good listener whilst her daughter simply describes her as really nice

Sarah Griffiths ACA, ATT
Tax Consultant
Sarah is a member of both the Association of Taxation Technicians and the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
When advising clients, Sarah ensures that she uses straightforward, jargon free language whilst offering a friendly approach and a clear fee structure.
Having completed several charity treks in places as diverse as the Pyrenees, Morocco and Peru, Sarah's main activity outside of work is to keep her two young boys under control!
Given up to 20 words to describe herself, Sarah includes friendly, honest, professional and sincere as well as caring, mother and friend.

Amanda Jones
Accounts Assistant
Amanda is an Accounts Assistant at Gemini and she assists in administration and preparation of client's accounts alongside both Sian and Sarah.
With 6 years experience in the accountancy sector, Amanda thinks it important to listen carefully to clients, find out exactly what they want and need then be flexible enough to tailor any systems or processes to meet their needs.
70's and 80's Pop trivia expert Amanda loves her job, but if given the choice would be a lady of leisure and who wouldn't!
Amanda describes herself as resourceful, professional, numerical and logical alongside enthusiastic, fun-loving and polite.

Paul Smith
Trainee Accounts Assistant
Paul joins the Gemini team whist studying for his AAT exams at Birmingham Metropolitan College.
Having studied accountancy for the past two years, Paul is committed to the accountancy profession and states that using simple language is key when dealing with clients
Paul played football for West Bromwich Albions youth academy between the ages of 11 and 14 and would become a pro footballer or physiotherapist if not dedicated to becoming an accountant!
Paul describes himself as tenacious, sporty, quizzical and numerical as well as having an amazing knowledge of Capital cities.

Chris Wathen BA MA DipM
Group Marketing Manager
Chris is Gemini Group's Marketing Manager and it is his job to develop, manage and implement marketing strategies for the company.
Having always worked in marketing, for various types of organisation Chris now feels that Financial Services is the place to be!
Keen, but ultimately useless golfer Chris, says his greatest ambition would be to become a millionaire celebrity chef or, to simply sell watermelons on a beach in the Caribbean
Chris describes himself as fun, loyal and friendly. He also lists family, friends, Scouts, freedom and holidays as key elements of his life.

Lisa Holmes
Group Administration & Office Manager
Lisa is Gemini's Administration and Office Manager and it is her job to ensure that the office runs smoothly and that administration is kept fully up to date.
Lisa has worked in the Financial Services industry for 15 years and in her role, likes to ensure that clients needs are met at all times and that clear communication is key across all parties.
If not working in Financial Services, Lisa would be balancing working with disadvantaged children with travelling and seeing as much of the world as possible.
